package care and delivery

If Your package has been refused by your post office twice, or someone at your home,  and sent back to us a $10 fee applies to reship, address change and RE-PACKAGE.  Once you have been informed you will be invoiced by the week with a $8 holding fee if not paid once contacted numerous times. A new shipping address must be given to assure delivery for second shipment. If your package has not been delivered to you please contact us and let us know.We will contact your local post office and follow up with them on the package. If you have purchased overnight shipment and it arrives to your local post office but is refused due to your address, overnight shipment payment cannot be refunded.  Side Notes: please take note that all coupon codes are to be used on our site only, excludind name your price orders as well as invoiced products and exchanges. We DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.  We are not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes and of refusal package.
