Exchanges And Cancellation

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PLEASE DO SO WITHIN 1 HOUR OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. AFTER THE HOUR IS TO LATE.

Exchanges are excepted only if item is in its original packaging with no scratches, tares and signs of being worn.  A $10 Exchange fee per product will be paid via PayPal invoice. The $10 fee applies to all customers for restocking, reshipping, re-printing etc. If exchanging for  a completley new product, product difference must be paid. Product must be  received back within 8days upon receiving EXCHANGES OR SEND- BACKS NOT ACCEPTED FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS OR SWIMSUIT APPAREL.THE PRE-ORDER SECURES A SPOT FOR INCOMING SHIPMENT . RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED.  STORE CREDIT APPLIED UPON REQUEST. Exchanges not accepted on invoice sale items or name your price items (all final sale).(please note, store credit amounts are only of the amount of the product. 

 Upon receiving a item for exchanging you will be contacted via email to ensure we have received the item and it is in good condition. Then the exchanging process can begin. The exchange/send back process can take up to 7 days.  No Refunds or Returns accepted.
